Carey Films Ltd has signed a deal with UK distributor Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment covering all non-theatric rights to THE SPELL in the UK. THE SPELL will be released on DVD and iTunes on 22nd February 2010 and on Virgin Media's FilmFlex channel a month later.

3rd September 2009

THE SPELL is to be released on 2nd October 2009 in 17 cinemas spread across the whole of the UK from Paisley in Scotland to the West End of London and from Sunderland in the North East to Bristol in the South West

THE SPELL has been classified as Certificate 15 by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) as expected.

12th June 2009

THE SPELL will be released later this year through Vue Cinemas and will open at their cinema in The Light in Leeds following it's World Premiere.

THE SPELL will be screened twice in the Marche du Film in Cannes on Saturday 16th May at 2:00pm and Tuesday 19th May at 11:30am. Anyone wirh a Market pass will be able to go to the screenings.
